TreeID realizes tree projects where unique trees with a story are planted. VZW De Boomploeg offers inclusive daytime activities in green areas, for both young people and adults with care needs. We interpret this care need broadly, it can range from an intellectual disability to a need for rest, time-out, support in the field of well-being, etc.
